Therapeutic Art

Therapeutic Art

Miriam is an artist educator with many years’ experience of working with various vulnerable groups within the local community. She is passionate about making a difference for those whom she teaches, whether it be by way of individual therapeutic art interventions or facilitating group art workshops.

She is employed at Springwell Leeds and Harrogate and aspires to instil a belief in the pupils which makes them feel that they can achieve on any level in the visual arts.

Miriam has been supporting our pupils for over three years, and more recently has been working on collaborative art projects.  She is also the artist in residence at Springwell Leeds North.

For further information about Miriam please visit her website https://www.miriam-laville.co.uk/
