Complaints

At Springwell Leeds Academy, we believe in working closely with parents and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people. We believe that most problems can be solved quickly through good communication between home and the Academy. If you have any concerns, parents / carers should feel free to raise these, either in person, on the telephone or via email.  The Academy is committed to responding as quickly as possible to any issues raised.
